We work in Shenzhen, China, and all products are from China.


How does shipping work?

We have long-term partners to provide you with the best prices and the most interesting products. Your order is sent in China through cooperation with  UPS, TNT, DHL and your local postal courier company.


How long does shipping take?

Due to the different logistics timeliness in each country and we wanted to keep our products affordable for our customers through free global shipping, your item may take slightly longer than expected to arrive.

For customers in developed countries, it takes approximately 3 to 10 business days from the date of shipment confirmation.

For international customers, it takes approximately 5 to 15 business days from the date of shipment confirmation.

For remote areas, it takes approximately 10 to 25 business days from the date of shipment confirmation.

Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way.


Will I be charged duty or import fees?

All prices listed on the website are pre-tax and pre-import fees.

For most orders under the value of $500, you should not be charged additional duty, taxes, or fees. We artificially mark down our product cost and label it in a certain way to ensure our customers will not be hit with additional charges.

In the case you are charged additional tax, duty, and/or import fees, we are not liable for those payments.
